1. Objectives Ensure gender-balanced participation in all project activities led by the NGO. Integrate gender-sensitive analysis into the philosophical and ethical evaluation of new and important social topics under review by the NGO. Promote inclusive dialogue on societal and individual impacts, representing diverse gender perspectives. 2. Team Composition & Leadership Recruitment: Prioritize gender balance when selecting researchers, advisors, and contributors (aiming for equitable representation). Roles: Assign at least one co-lead of an underrepresented gender to oversee ethics-focused activities of the NGO. Decision-making: Ensure gender diversity in internal review panels or advisory discussions.
3. Research & Methodology Bias Awareness: Critically assess how ordinary discourse or contextual framing might disproportionately affect different genders (e.g., biases in healthcare or education). Philosophical Framework: Incorporate feminist philosophy and intersectional analysis into ethical guidelines. Use Case Reviews: Explicitly evaluate gender implications in the use cases presented at events hosted by the NGO
4. Training & Capacity Building Workshops: Organize sessions for NGO members on: Gender-aware research methods. Avoiding stereotypes in ethical discourse. Collaborations: Partner with gender studies experts to enrich the NGO’s critical perspective.

6. Safeguards & Compliance Grievance Mechanism: Establish a confidential channel for reporting gender-related concerns within the NGO. Alignment: Adhere to Bulgarian and EU gender equality principles (e.g., Bulgarian Gender Equality Act).
